Basics for beginners:
Crack the facial expression code of your counterpart.
It's all about the basics. In Module 1, you will learn how to read the facial expressions of your counterpart like a book. You will then be able to recognise fear, identify sadness and know how to find out, wheather the person you’re interacting with is feeling real joy or maybe just be pretending to do so.
In-depth training for advanced students:
Recognise objections instantly.
I will show advanced learners, how to recognise and correctly interpret even the smallest, lightning-fast signals that other people would not even notice. I will teach you how to understand and appreciate non-verbal objection signals and explain to you, what stress signals indicate.
Gestures:
The gateway to the world of thought and sometimes the gatekeeper of lies.
We will learn what gestures tell us, how to recognise "who's the boss in the ring", take a trip into the exciting world in between truth and lies and look closely at blended or mixed emotions such as melancholy, feeling touched or defiant.
Decoding body language:
Who am I actually dealing with here?
At the end of the seminar, you will know why you should not always treat others the way you would like to be treated. A speech that suits you can be poison for your counterpart. I will teach you how to recognise who you are dealing with through body language and facial expressions and how best to respond to them.
Communicate individually and you will be able to convince everyone.
You will practise being more flexible with your own body language and expressions to come across confidently and convincingly to anyone you talk to. You will learn how to deal with an assertive doer, what the detail-loving thinker needs, how to score points with the harmony-needy preserver and what motivates a creative, funky entertainer.
